Electrical units for different geographic latitudes
We design and manufacture the following types of generating sets:
The powertrain modules we manufacture are reliable and durable.
Our company offers electrical equipment that will function optimally in any geographic latitude, a large selection of equipment for power supply, all models of power generating units are modern. The powerful devices on sale will fully satisfy your energy needs.
You can buy trigeneration units, power modules and power plants operating on diesel fuel and gas piston, spare parts for Russian-made generators, spare parts kits. We have everything you need for power supply, you do not have to waste time searching for the necessary equipment, you can order everything from us.
We offer high quality and reliable generating sets at reasonable prices.
Despite all the achievements of modern energy, the ramification of power supply networks, backup power sources still remain in the focus of consumers’ attention.
Among such devices, the leading place is occupied by diesel power plants – diesel generators .
Diesel generator advantages:
Let there be light!
The modern diesel power plant is available in various versions.
A wide range of diesel generators is produced by the Barnaul “AMZ Gazenergomash”:
They depend on the parameters of a specific unit model and are focused on preventing emergency situations. The systems, usually automatic, monitor the condition of the diesel engine so that it does not overheat. The generator is warned of overloads so that there are no short circuits. They monitor the level of fuel and oil, the temperature of the coolant.
Electrical units running on natural gas, propane-butane or gasoline. |
Natural gas-fueled electrical units. |
In the age of complete electrification of settlements, people rarely think about how difficult it would be today without electricity.
After all, this means the absence of elementary, commonplace amenities:
In addition to household use of electricity, there is a problem of undersupply of it to industrial consumption zones, due to:
In places where there are problems with power supply, there is a way out, and it is very simple: the use of binary or gas piston generating sets .
For autonomous power supply of various consumers, binary electric units can be used – small installations of various capacities for generating electricity due to the combustion of a gas-air mixture. Such units operate either on natural gas or on a mixture of propane and butane. Also, AI92 gasoline serves as a reserve fuel for them. The advantages of binary generating sets are reduced to their autonomy and the ability to provide electricity to a wide range of consumers. Also, the advantages include a range of energy sources.
They serve the same purposes as binary units , but only run on natural gas. The advantages of gas piston units are similar to binary ones, with the addition that the ability to operate only on natural gas provides greater environmental friendliness and a lower noise load.
Application area of binary and gas piston generating sets
Wherever power interruptions are possible or where there is none at all, these generating sets can be used. Our company began to produce the first gas piston generating sets back in 2003. Over the past decades, our satisfied customers have become:
We produce several models of units with various capacities ranging from 16 to 200 kW. Qualified specialists of Gazenergomash will help you to choose a binary or gas piston electric unit, based on your needs.
Mini-TPPs combined into a single complex for electricity and heat from two to eight pieces of equipment. |
Recently, such high-tech devices as gas-piston electric units, as well as gas-piston mini-TPPs produced on their basis, are gaining more and more popularity .
What is a mini thermal power plant?
Mini-TPP is an independent power supply system designed to generate combined heat and electricity.
High quality Mini-TPPs, manufactured on the basis of full-fledged volumetric gas-piston electric units, are produced only at an enterprise that has no analogues, and this, of course, is the Altai Machine-Building Plant Gazenergomash.
Already now in the city of Barnaul, the Gazenergomash plant produces more than a dozen models of gas piston, diesel, gasoline and binary power plants and mini-thermal power plants based on them. All products manufactured by the plant are carefully monitored and approved by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technical and Nuclear Supervision of the Russian Federation.
Main advantages
The advantages of mini-thermal power plants are expressed primarily in the fact that, unlike an ordinary gas-powered electric generator, they have an additional system designed directly for utilizing heat generated by the operation of an internal combustion engine. The heat generated by the mini-TPP goes, as a rule, directly to the heating network.
The operation of a mini-thermal power plant is largely determined by the engine system, which, in turn, depends directly on the source of the supplied thermal energy.
The following sources of thermal energy can be distinguished:
